DAY 1

Arrival at the campsite at the time that suits to you. The recommended time of arrival is on the afternoon.

Accomodation in the bungalows and rooms. Dinner. Overnight.

We recomend to have a good rest because tomorow we have an exciting day.

DAY 2            

With the first rays of morning sun you will see all the beauty of the campsite and the environment, that you may not have be able to see on arrival. The camp is settled in ethno style with wooden bungalows hidden in the shade of trees, near Drina river which quitely  runs beside it.

Breakfast. You will have opportunity to taste the specialities of  our region, local food from nearby villages: smoked ham, donuts, honey, eggs, cheese pies.. food that gives you the necessary strenght and energy for the adventure.

 

After breakfast, everyone gets neoprene suits,  that  are specially designed for long stays in the water and that will protect you from the cold water of the river Tara.  You get boots also made of neoprene, lifejackets and helmets.

Departure with our jeeps to Brštanovica, the starting point of this exciting adventure, which is located in Montenegro, about 25 km from our camp (river Tara is the border river between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro). It is necessary to take yours personal documents with you, but do not worry, if you forget them our friendly guides are there to remind you of all the formalities that are waiting for you.

Upon arrival in Brstanovica, our licensed skippers will inform you about  safety and rules and conduct on the boat. Boats that we use are professional rafting boats that are made specifically for rafting and designed to withstand the rapids of Tara River.

 

At the rafting you can expect more than 30 exciting rapids (known as Ćeliije, Borovi, Varda …) that will leave you breathless. You will experience a real sense of adventure and adrenaline.

Feel free to bring your cameras which will record these exciting moments. Do not worry about the safety of your appliances because on each boat there  are waterproof bags.

If you forget to bring something to drink, feel free to lean over the boat and grasp the refreshing water of the river Tara,  its water is drinkable threw entire length of the basin. Becuse of that river Tara is  known as „Tear of Europe“.

Halfway through the descent  we will have a break and see who has  courage to pass “test of masculinity” and to take a bath in icy waters of the tributaries of Tara river  whose temperature is 5°C.

After about 3-4 hours, we arriving at the foot of our camp. Returnig  the equipment.

Lunch.

Specialties of our region are on menu: homemade soup,  veal,  lamb on the spit, salads etc.

Free afternoon to rest and recover the power of exciting day. For those who still have strenght there is football, voleyball courses etc.

Dinner. Once more local food: fresch trout, goulash or you might have a mixed meet?

Overnight.

 

DAY 3

Breakfast. Again, there is local food on  the menu.

 

After breakfast the end of arrangement .

PACKAGE INLCUDES:

  • Stay in camp for 2 nights
  • Rafting, rafting equipment, transportation from camp to starting point of the rafting; the services of licensed skipper: insurance during the rafting
  • 5 meals in a local cuisine restaurant
  • All taxes and fees

PACKAGE DOES NOT INLCUDES:

  • Transportation to and from the camp
  • Drink consumption in the camp
  • Individual costs

Notes:

  • Prices are in euros per person.
  • Time schedule and lenght of the arrangement can be changed and combine with other our arrangement according to your need
  • Our arrangements are available to everyone, so there is no limit to the minimum number of the passenegers
  • Previous experience is not necessary
  • Due to crowds on the river on Saturdays we can organised departure on rafting on 09AM, 11AM and 13AM
  • If you are vegetarian, vegan or you are on a special diet, please send us a note before arriving or let us know on arrival to our camp.
